School Volunteers

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the School District of Palm Beach County. The School District recognizes that volunteers and community partners serve as valuable resources to schools, students, families, teachers, and staff. We have the utmost appreciation for all that you do. 

Volunteers must complete a volunteer application and have a valid personal email. If you do not have a personal email address, please click on this link to create a Gmail address for your own use. You will be asked to list your skills, interests, preferred location(s), grade level(s), and type of volunteer service desired. The volunteer coordinator will provide volunteer orientation and any training necessary for the volunteer assignment. The volunteer has the opportunity to select the day and time that they are available to volunteer, and the school will try to work with that schedule.

If you are planning to drive to off-campus events, please download your driver's license, your insurance card and registration.

If you are an exempt individual, please download this form, Information Exemption From Public Records Requests for Non-Employees, and have it notarized.  Upon completion, please upload the form into your application.
